How does when work?

You answer a short personality quiz, which places you in a personality archetype. Each day you get up to four matches whose archetype genuinely fits yours. If you both say yes, you meet on a 10-minute voice date. After the call you each decide privately, and you only swap contact details if you both want to keep talking.

Why only four matches a day?

A small, curated set that refreshes every day at midnight means you actually read the profiles instead of endlessly swiping. Quality over volume.

Do I have to text people?

No. There is no chat on when. The next step after a match is a 10-minute voice date, so you hear who someone really is instead of trading messages.
